Associate Dentist - Jacksonville Beach, FL
A growing dental practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who is dedicated to quality dentistry, enjoys building strong relationships with patients, and is interested in long-term professional and financial growth within a supportive, dentist-led environment. The practice offers a steady patient base, modern technology, and an experienced support staff, helping doctors focus on delivering excellent dental care and positive patient experiences. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Uphold high standards of ethical and patient-centered care
- DDS or DMD degree
- Eligibility for state dental licensure
- Comfortable with restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, extractions, endodontics, and digital workflows
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
