This position is ideal for a driven construction professional. We are looking for someone to:

· Lead assigned plumbing projects from award through completion, including preconstruction planning, execution, monitoring, inspection coordination, commissioning support, and closeout.

· Oversee complex project scopes, contracts, drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, fixture schedules, equipment requirements, and contractual deliverables to identify risks, gaps, opportunities, and priorities.

· Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules, manpower plans, sequencing strategies, procurement priorities, and milestone requirements with field supervisors, foremen, leadership, and customers.

· Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, material costs, fixture and equipment packages, equipment rentals, purchase orders, change orders, projections, billings, and overall financial performance.

· Lead the preparation, review, submission, and tracking of plumbing submittals, RFIs, change requests, pay applications, meeting notes, inspection items, project correspondence, and closeout documentation.

· Direct procurement strategy and delivery coordination for piping, valves, fixtures, equipment, supports, sleeves, hangers, specialty systems, subcontracted work, and long-lead materials.

· Serve as a senior point of contact for customers, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, plumbers, project managers, and internal leadership to resolve issues and maintain alignment.

· Identify plumbing coordination conflicts, code concerns, scope gaps, cost impacts, schedule risks, constructability issues, and change opportunities early and lead stakeholders toward practical solutions.

· Mentor project managers, assistant project managers, coordinators, and field leaders by providing technical guidance, planning support, communication direction, and accountability for project standards.

· Support plumbing field teams by removing roadblocks, clarifying installation scope, coordinating layout and BIM information, confirming material availability, and ensuring timely delivery of required documentation.

Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, owner training, final inspections, final billing, turnover packages, lessons learned, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
