Position: Insurance Agent

An Insurance Company in Fort Worth is looking to add an Insurance Agent to their team!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $15/hr without License


$18/hr with License


• Eligible to earn commission once converted to a full-time employee


• Onsite


• Temp to Hire


• To qualify, you must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines


• OR become licensed within 45 days from hire


• Training materials provided and support given to become licensed!


• No cost to you for training materials and exam

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Resolves customer complaints effectively, rarely resorting to complaint escalation to the Parts Manager
• This may not include all job duties

Position Qualifications:


• Must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines


• OR become licensed within 45 days from hire


• Training materials provided and support given to become licensed!

• CSR exp


• Computer Skills


• Want to pursue career in Insurance Sales
