Part-time Title Attorney

Oil & Gas Title AttorneyProxy Legal Staffing & Search Group is looking for oil & gas title attorneys for an upcoming project! Remote assignment part-time schedule. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing title opinions for oil, gas, and mineral rights, as well as related land and real estate matters. Conduct legal research and analysis related to property ownership, land use, and mineral rights. Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and client-focused legal solutions. Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in written legal opinions and documentation. Requirements include being a licensed attorney in good standing, with preference for candidates with licensure in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia. 3+ years drafting title opinions in energy and natural resources is required.
