CNC Swiss Machinist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work order(s)
Set up and adjust machines for different jobs
Proving out programs/assisting with programming (at machine or offline)
Ensuring quality control making sure inspection/checks are complete for all finished parts
Perform routine maintenance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Heavily focused in high production machining

Requirements:

Experience as a Swiss style CNC Machine Operator or relevant training*
Prior experience running or troubleshooting Swiss CNC machines (any experience with Hanwa is great)*
Experience in programming at the machine/offline is a plus, but not required*

* Willing to train those with desire to learn.

Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Dependable and takes ownership of task and follows through on commitments
Willingness to learn/continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities
