Position Summary Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You'll Do As a OneStream Senior Developer, you will be responsible for: Design, configure, and develop OneStream solutions to support planning, consolidation, reporting, and financial data management requirements.Build and maintain business rules, dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and reports within the OneStream platform.Translate business and technical requirements into scalable application design and system configuration.Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production stabilization activities across project lifecycles.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver implementation workstreams on time and in scope. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business4+ years of experience implementing or developing OneStream solutions3+ years of experience configuring business rules, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and data integration in OneStreamExperience with SQL and relational database conceptsExperience supporting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment for enterprise performance management implementationsAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience supporting finance transformation programs for government or public sector organizationsExperience with OneStream XF MarketPlace solutionsExperience with financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, or close processesExperience with Agile delivery methods and work management toolsOneStream certification The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82,600 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
