Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM / Full weekend coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)

Duration: Ongoing (September 2026 through February 2027, with anticipated extensions)

Shift: Varied, including day, evening, overnight, and on-call hours

Hours/Week: Variable depending on schedule

Employment Type: Contract

Licensing/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in MA

Experience: Required: Neonatal or NICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

Provide expert neonatal care in a busy NICU setting

What You Need

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts

Neonatal or NICU experience (preferred)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
