Role Overview Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for running high‑speed packaging and automated machinery, setting up inkjet, laserjet and Print & Apply printers, and ensuring all food products meet quality, safety and consistency standards. You will maintain accurate production records and support a clean, efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate, set up, monitor and run packaging machines as the final step of our production line. Assist in deviation investigations, including equipment inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, documentation and root‑cause analysis with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse teams. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality and Purchasing to support product quality and program compliance, address equipment or process deviations, locate warehouse samples and verify standards. Qualifications Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP, HACCP and Dax 365 standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data systems; analytical thinking and accuracy. Ability to work across departments, communicate clearly, adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset, strong organization, proactive ownership; confident in stepping into a senior technical role and supporting daily operations and long‑term quality initiatives. Benefits and Compensation 2nd Shift Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, no mandatory overtime.
