Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team. If you are a dedicated nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Rotating weekend/on-call responsibilities as needed

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.

• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

• Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized nursing care.

• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.

• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.

• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional resident care.

• Knowledge of PointClickCare is a plus.
