Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Door to Door Sales Representative at Rezaltz Inc. The person in this role will engage potential customers directly at their residences, present products and services clearly, and guide them through the sales process. Daily activities include prospecting assigned territories, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in company systems. The representative will follow company sales scripts and guidelines, participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions, and collaborate with sales management to meet and exceed individual and team targets. The role requires consistent communication with the broader sales team, adherence to ethical sales practices, and a professional representation of the Rezaltz Inc. brand. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentation, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Proven Sales experience or aptitude, with comfort in door-to-door outreach, prospecting, and closing customer deals. Background or interest in Training and coaching, with the ability to absorb new information quickly and apply feedback to improve performance. Experience or familiarity with the Beauty Industry or consumer-facing products is an asset, especially in presenting product benefits and value. Exposure to Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking, goal setting, and working toward measurable targets. High level of self-motivation, resilience, and comfort working independently in a remote setting. Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and reliable internet access for remote work. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, follow company policies, and uphold ethical sales standards.
