Job Overview A law firm seeks a Class Action Associate to join its Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, focusing primarily on federal court work. The role involves defending wage and hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. Duties Defend wage and hour class actions in federal court. Handle FLSA collective actions. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals. Requirements 2-5 years of litigation experience. Experience in federal court preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Indiana. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing.
