Outside Sales Representative Bronx, NY $70,000–$90,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commission + Annual Bonus If you're passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity to take control of your earnings while representing an established organization. In this role, you'll sell recurring service agreements to commercial businesses, property managers, and contractors, helping customers remain compliant while protecting their facilities. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and property managers Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business Manage and grow an active sales pipeline Partner with the Inside Sales team to maximize lead generation Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM Qualifications 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Experience selling within construction, facility services, industrial services, or a related industry preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 Monthly Commission Annual Performance Bonus Uncapped Earning Potential Benefits 401(k) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life & AD&D Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Paid Vacation Personal Time Off Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Why Join?
