Training Coordinator

Title: ODMS & Training Coordinator - LAO Maintenance Location: Plaquemine, LA Salary: $67,000 - $83,000 Schedule: 5/8 and 9/80 available Focus: The ODMS & Training Coordinator provides administrative support, leads the department's Olin Management System (OMS) program to drive effective work processes and continuous improvement, and partners with leadership to coordinate training that supports business goals and a reliable, sustainable workforce. The position is leveraged between two production sites: Plaquemine, LA and St. Gabriel, LA. ODMS & Training Coordinator Essential Job Functions: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations and meet the evolving needs of the LAO Maintenance organization in Plaquemine and St. Gabriel. Lead and coordinate departmental OMS implementation and maintenance efforts, including ODMS management, document control compliance, Elemental Focal Point identification and training, and initiatives to reduce unplanned events and maximize OMS value. Manage and oversee the library implementer and ensure compliance with Olin's Document Management System (DMS). In partnership with Leadership, develop, implement, maintain, and administer the department training program, including onboarding, transfers, training curriculum, and employee training records to ensure 100% compliance with training requirements. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. ODMS & Training Coordinator Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of manufacturing environment experience Competence in Learning Management System (Saba) utilization and related operating discipline preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license *Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education or equivalent program from an international university. *Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship.
