Account Coordinator

At CourtAvenue, a Business Innovations & Client Operations Coordinator works at the intersection of account management and client delivery. Supporting two marquee accounts, you'll work alongside senior account and operations leaders, contributing to real client work from day one. You'll be mentored across both the Business Innovations and Client Operations functions, gaining a comprehensive view of how a modern digital agency drives client success.

Our goal is to help you bridge your education with the fast-paced, results-driven world of digital agency operations: building the strategic and executional skills that define strong agency leaders.

• Support account management and project delivery across two brands, including status reporting, meeting preparation, client communications, and risk tracking.

• Own executional projects independently, serving as the account and operations lead from brief through delivery.

• Help manage paid media and media creative development workflows, including timelines, reviews, approvals, and adherence to client regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and submit deliverables for legal review, ensuring all formats comply with client and regulatory standards.

• Help maintain accuracy across internal systems (project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs) keeping all stakeholders aligned.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• 1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations, with a working understanding of core principles across both functions.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.

• Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar) preferred.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.

• Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

• Candidates for this position will ideally be located near one of our offices:

o Chicago, IL

o Cincinnati, OH

• Candidates located in Minneapolis, MN will also be considered.

$55,000 - $70,000 a year

Final compensation will be determined based on geography and total related experience
