Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designerto join our marketing team. This role will help bring Lug’s campaigns, products, and partnerships to life across digital and print touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, and in-house marketing and e-commerce teams to support everything from seasonal launches and email campaigns to social content, digital advertising, and web experiences. You’ll play an important role in helping evolve and protect Lug’s visual identity across everything we create, while bringing fresh ideas and a positive, driven attitude to a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design digital assets including email campaigns, web banners, social media content, digital ads, and marketing campaign graphics Create print materials such as postcards, packaging inserts, signage, and event collateral Help evolve and maintain Lug’s visual identity across digital and print touchpoints Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, marketing leads, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life Adapt and iterate on existing brand templates, campaign concepts, and visual systems Prepare production-ready files for internal use, vendor handoff, and print production Manage multiple design projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines Pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy throughout the design and production process Contribute creative ideas and solutions to new campaigns, products, and creative challenges Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative environment Report to the Senior Graphic Designer Requirements 3+ years of experience in graphic design, agency or in-house A strong portfolio demonstrating work across brand identity, visual systems, graphic design, digital experiences, and strategic creative thinking Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Proficiency or working familiarity with Klaviyo Basic understanding of HTML and CSS Strong attention to detail with an understanding of production design and file preparation Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable taking creative direction while also working independently when needed Positive, driven, and proactive attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute ideas Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Genuine enthusiasm for unfamiliar IPs, new creative challenges, and exploring different visual directions Experience with lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods brands is an asset Nice to Have Experience creating motion graphics or animated ads for social and digital platforms Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro Familiarity with Shopify, email marketing platforms, or live commerce visuals Experience working with digital advertising and performance creative Experience adapting creative across multiple platforms, formats, and specifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
