CJ Real Estate is looking for a motivated, energetic, and outgoing Leasing Agent to join our growing team!

We're looking for a true go-getter with a positive attitude, a helpful personality, and a passion for working with people! Someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, and knows how to turn great customer service into results.

• Comfortable spending much of the workday driving throughout the Kansas City metro area
• Available and willing to work weekends (required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Confident showing properties and working with prospective residents
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check
• Previous leasing or real estate experience is a plus!

This is an active, on-the-go position, not a desk job! We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is excited about helping prospective residents find their next home.
