Spooner employees enjoy no cost expert physical therapy, hand therapy and access to a direct primary care team dedicated to keeping our team healthy.Student loan repayment program$500 individual and $1,000 family deductiblesLow premiumsA dedicated direct primary care medical team for Spooner employeesDental, vision, life, and other voluntary insurancesPaid time off and holiday payGenerous continuing education funds401(k) matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramMany other benefits to help keep you happy and View email address on click.appcast.io You’ll be DoingGreet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors, setting the example for positive attitude and exceptional customer service delivery.Coordinate and communicate patient/therapist schedules, ensuring follow-up and tracking of all patient referrals, prescriptions, appointments, cancellations and reschedules.Coordinate therapist time off requests and schedule changesSuccessfully schedule our patients with the goal of exceeding their expectations timely, convenient, and with the right provider or specialist.Process new patient enrollments in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of data entry and communication of information to the benefits/billing department.Ensure all patient records are accurate, complete, compliant, current, and managed; includes, but not limited to Notes, Guarantor Balance, POC orders, emergency contact information, patient enrollment and financial information, and referrals.Answer phones in the capacity of resolving patient concerns, communicating with vendors, and marketing new patient inquiries.Maintain patient database, updating information as needed.Perform over-the-counter collections of co-pays, deductibles, and cash payments, following standard operating procedures of tracking, storing, and discarding all information; includes, but not limited to credit card receipts, deposit slips, OTC logs, checks, and cash.Run various computer-generated statistical and productivity reports as requested and required.Issue and collect patient satisfaction surveys.Consistently review all patient documents for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.What You Can ExpectA team environment that fosters continuous learning and fun.A 6-month onboarding program.What You Bring to the RoleHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 18 years of age or older1-2 years Scheduling/Verifications experience preferredExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and listening skillsAbout SpoonerSpooner is a place for professionals with a growth mindset who want to push themselves to achieve excellence.
