Senior Software Engineer (Python) - San Francisco, CA
A fast-growing deep tech startup is building AI-powered tooling that transforms high-level code into optimized software for advanced compute systems are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable AI-driven code translation pipelines.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Building AI-powered backend workflows and distributed systems.
- Developing scalable infrastructure using Docker, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools.
- Working with AI and systems teams to improve automated code generation pipelines.
- Writing clean, reliable, production-grade software.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills plus another backend language such as C++, Rust, or Go.
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks, containerized environments, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and product mindset.
