Lead an Affordable Housing community as a Property Manager in Huron, CA!

We're seeking a confident, results-driven Property Manager to take charge of an apartment community. From team leadership to budgets and resident relations, you'll own the day-to-day success of the property.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee all operations of the community, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably

• Lead, train, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff

• Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy

• Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and enforce lease policies

• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts

• Foster positive resident relationships and resolve escalated concerns

• Conduct regular inspections for safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal

• Ensure compliance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulations

• Use property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) for operations and reporting

What we're looking for:

• +1 year experience as a Property Manager in an affordable housing, multifamily environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven success increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction while managing budgets

• Solid understanding of leasing practices, maintenance operations, and Fair Housing laws

• Proficiency in property management software

• CAM, CAPS, or ARM certification a plus

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour, paid weekly
