Established restaurant and bar operation Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team and business Collaborative relationship with ownership Compensation based on experience and discussed confidentially during the interview process What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing employeesCreating a positive, accountable, and guest-focused team culture Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed based on business needs Monitoring sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and other performance metrics Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and service Responding to guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally Developing and maintaining consistent operational procedures Supporting employee retention through communication, recognition, and development Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and workplace safety requirements Partnering with ownership to identify opportunities to improve profitability and the overall guest experience Remaining visible and engaged during peak business periods What We’re Looking For Previous General Manager experience within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain a successful restaurant team Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls Experience managing labor costs, budgets, and operational performance Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service requirements Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage employee and guest concerns confidently and professionally Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred If you are an experienced restaurant leader ready to take ownership of an operation and make a positive impact, we would love to connect with you.
