We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team in a full-time, year-round position . This role plays an important part in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our hotel while supporting our Room Attendants and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain hotel public areas according to White Elephant standards Empty and properly dispose of trash from guest rooms and public areas Strip guest rooms of used linens and prepare them for servicing Deliver requested housekeeping items and amenities to guest rooms promptly Assist the Housekeeping team with linens, supplies, and other daily needs Help ensure public spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, shortages, or security issues Respond professionally and promptly to reasonable guest requests Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate team members Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards Qualifications: Previous housekeeping, hotel, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player Friendly, helpful, and guest-focused attitude Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Professional, dependable, flexible, and self-motivated Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Exceptional Benefits & Perks White Elephant Resorts is a premier employer offering spectacular benefits and competitive compensation , including: Competitive salary and bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation Vested 401(k) plan Life insurance Dining, retail, and hotel discounts And much more!
