Customer Service Representative

The Routing & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing order verification, shipment confirmations, and routing activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. This role works closely with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams to maintain compliance with routing requirements and shipping schedules.

Key responsibilities include overseeing order entry verification and shipment confirmations, managing all routing activities, including submitting routing requests, reviewing and following customer routing guides and compliance requirements, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments with carriers and distribution centers, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines, maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation, resolving routing and shipment issues in a timely manner, and communicating effectively with customers, carriers, and internal departments.

Job requirements include previous shipping, routing, or logistics experience preferred, strong understanding of routing procedures and transportation coordination, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and customer service abilities, proficiency with shipping systems, ERP software, or Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
