  Position Overview

  We are looking for an organized and dependable Inventory Control / Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, preparing materials for production, and safely moving products throughout the facility.

  Key Responsibilities
• Operate a forklift and reach truck safely.
• Pick orders and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Read bills of material (BOM) and pull the correct stock.
• Kit materials and deliver them to the production floor on time.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records .
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Process product returns accurately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Communicate with other departments through email.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old .
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at the level needed to perform the job.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Narrow-aisle reach truck experience is a strong plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email .
• Good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• What We're Looking For

  The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, safety-focused, organized, and accurate . You should be comfortable managing multiple warehouse tasks while making sure production receives the correct materials when needed.

  Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly handle and move materials.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, carts, dollies, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment where noise levels may be loud at times.
• Weekend or night work may occasionally be required.
