Procedural Radiologic Technologist (Cath Lab)

Location: Riverside Hospital (Columbus, OH)

Shift: 4x10's (0700-1730); every other weekend; every other holiday

Call: (8-10 shifts/month, including 1-2 weekends)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• ARRT - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• ODH Ohio Radiologic License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Knowledge of anatomy, exposure, positioning, physics, radiation protection, and medical terminology.

Cath Lab Specific:

The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Cardiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, coronary and peripheral anatomy, and sterile technique.
