NCI Affiliates., a non-profit organization with a history of serving individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Support Manager, you are responsible for administering department support to ensure smooth operational functions. TITLE: Administrative Support Manager

SALARY EXPECTED TO START: $21.00

LOCATION: Paso Robles

SCHEUDLE: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to4:30pm

BONUS : $250 Sign on Bonus (paid at 90 and 180 days) Required Skills and Experience

• Must have own vehicle and maintain a current California driver's license. Driving is an essential function of this position.
• Must provide on-going proof of current state required auto insurance.
• Must clear fingerprints through the California Department of Justice and the FBI.
• A high school education or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee services compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
• Ensure Individual's rights are met and are of foremost importance.
• Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management.
• All employees are mandated reporters as such you are required to report all suspected incidents of abuse, neglect, and sexual assault in a timely and accurate manner.
• Execute proper allocation of agency resources (product, space, time, people, etc.).
• Maintain a courteous, positive, enthusiastic, well-mannered, and professional demeanor while working with Individuals served and the community.
• Prepare and send department correspondence and reports, as requested by Director of Client Services.
• Provide word-processing and graphics support for Vocational Department.
• Maintain filing of invoices and corporate information in proper files.
• Back up administration staff for office coverage and special projects, as directed.
• Assist in transportation and vehicle arrangement for Vocational Work Sites.

Physical Requirements:
