Senior Treasury Management Support Analyst

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) organization in support of a portfolio of clients within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). Serving as a strategic partner to Treasury Management Consultants and key internal stakeholders, helping clients optimize their treasury management solutions and achieve their business objectives. You will provide consultative sales support, coordinate onboarding and implementation activities, and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the treasury management lifecycle.In this role, you will:Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activitiesReview and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsPrepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenariosResolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individualsDemonstrate advanced treasury management knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor to Treasury Management Consultants, Relationship Managers, and clients.Manage a portfolio of complex client relationships, ensuring timely completion of onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and servicing activities.Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, and effective issue resolution.Partner effectively with Sales, Product, Service, Operations, Implementation, and Relationship Management teams to achieve desired client outcomesIdentify opportunities to increase treasury management product utilization and support sales growth initiatives.Maintain a strong focus on risk management, accuracy, operational discipline, and adherence to established policies and procedures.Leverage treasury management expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased product utilization, and enhanced client satisfactionServe as a mentor and resource for less experienced analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance on treasury management solutions and processesRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationRequired Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:Desired Qualifications:Advanced experience supporting Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers.Experience with GPL sales support processes, onboarding, pricing, implementation, and portfolio management activities.Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading team initiatives.Experience working with commercial, corporate, or specialized industry client segments.Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Fulfillment Platform (WICE), Relationship Pricer, and GPL sales support toolsProven success in business-to-business (B2B) salesAbility to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teamsSkilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environmentCollaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settingsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detailEffective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomesStrong sales acumen and results-oriented mindsetJob Expectations:This position will require up to 15% of travelThis position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
