• 4-day work week with 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of admin time
• No overnight call; 1:7 phone call rotation only
• Hospital-employed, outpatient-only practice
• Join a team of 4 physicians and 5 APPs in a well-established group
• Patient census of 18 - 22 patients per day
• Integrated Behavioral Health model within a full-service primary care setting
