Senior Finance Analyst - Private Cloud Deals

As a member of the Workload Health team within OCI Finance, you'll play a crucial role in financial planning and modeling for our product family, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to OCI Leadership. Your insights will help optimize business economics while we expand rapidly. We are seeking a passionate finance analyst with a data-driven mindset, excellent modeling skills, and strong interpersonal talents. In this vital role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end P&L and lead product-specific projects. Key Responsibilities Provide financial modeling, analysis, and reporting for new and existing Private Cloud partnerships. Create business-focused models that deliver insights at both product and deal levels. Manage rhythm of business activities consistent with corporate and organizational requirements. Utilize various datasets, including bookings, consumption, costs, and capacity, to generate actionable business insights. Engage in Sales & Operations Planning to ensure timely and appropriate deal investments. Influence investment decisions through in-depth analysis and understanding of how different inputs affect profitability and margins. Drive automation and foster cross-team collaboration for enhanced team productivity. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of financial experience; an MBA is a plus. Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. A proven track record of performance and improvement in a business context. Familiarity with financial systems and core business processes. Ability to effectively influence stakeholders to meet business needs and objectives. Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude. Compensation and Benefits Oracle offers a competitive salary range from $84,500 to $178,100 per annum, which may include bonuses and equity.
