Description:
Home Health RN position in the West Portland area.
Requires an Oregon nursing license.
Shifts are 8-hour days.
This facility does not accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s schedules.
Staffing ratios are 1:1, with potential visits of up to 6 patients per day.
30 productivity points are the standard.
First-timers are accepted.
No weekend requirements exist.
On-call duties are not required.
Travelers are not expected to float between units.
Block scheduling accommodations are not available.
Local candidates are accepted within a 50-75 mile radius.
The facility can cancel shifts up to one time per pay period.
Travelers are expected to have their own transportation.
The system effectively groups clients to minimize drive time.
Occasional maximum driving radius is approximately 60 miles.
Daily driving time can be a total of 60-90 minutes.
