Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Weekends and holidays required per department guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an adult ICU setting, managing complex and critically ill patients
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS certification in alignment with stroke protocols
• Float across departments as needed per department guidelines
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
• Adhere to dress code requirements (navy scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum 24 months of ICU experience , with experience within the last 12 months required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• NIHSS certification required
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Stroke care experience in an ICU environment
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments
