Catering Coordinator

We are expanding our catering business and are looking for a part-time catering coordinator to sell, coordinate all preparation, and deliver daily catering orders. Essential Responsibilities:

• Offer every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory. Greet every guest who is interested in catering and assist with creating the perfect menu for every occasion.

• Serving guests by taking all catering orders, handling cash and credit cards, and ensuring preparation of all orders is done timely and correctly.

• Delivering meals to guests providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Coordinate execution of all catering orders between in-house staff.

• Build catering business by expanding clients and exceeding catering sales budgets

• Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members

• Focus on Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office suite

• Previous sales and/or catering experience is required (Any industry acceptable)

***Must be at least 18 years of age

***Must be available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week, Mon-Sat between 9-3 (Closed Sundays)

***Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation

***Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening

Physical Demands

• Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull and/or move objects

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
