Dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver | Home Weekly

If you are looking for a stable regional position that treats you right and gets you home to your family every single week for a 34-hour reset, I'd love to talk to you. We are looking for professional, patient drivers with great customer service skills to join our dedicated account.

What You'll Earn

• $1,300 average weekly pay (Top earners bring home up to $2,000 per week)
• Around $89,000 a year on average
• Up to $0.76 CPM base pay (Based on your experience level)
• ~$1.30 all-in pay per mile once you add in the extras:
  • $265 for every full trailer unload
  • $35 backhaul pay
  • $125 weekly bonus just for hitting 3+ loads

What the Job Looks Like

You'll be hauling dedicated freight out of the Front Royal distribution center, covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within a 700-mile radius).

• Home weekly for a guaranteed 34-hour reset to spend time with your family.
• You will average about 1,100 miles per week.
• 100% touch freight – handling live unloads at retail stores.
• Steady pace averaging a minimum of 3 loads a week (usually 1–6 stops per trailer).
• Paid 1-week ride-along training at $150/day to help you get completely comfortable with the route.

The Schedule

Because this is a dedicated account keeping retail lanes moving smoothly, the freight runs around the clock. You should be fully comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays whenever they fall on your schedule.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Earn an extra $2,500 paid out in increments over your first 180 days (starting with $250 after your first load, milestones every 30 days, and a final $750 payout at 180 days). Active employment is required on payout dates.

What We Need From You

• A valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months.
• The physical ability to handle manual, live retail unloads safely.
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
• A clean MVR and background check. 
• Please note: This account is not SAP friendly.
