Job Description
- Must have at-least 12 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
- Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.
- Should be able to analyze and validate fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.
- Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and best practices. Should be able to prepare functional documentation.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business and bridge the gap between business and technology team.
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for CRM applications.
- Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with required stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure test coverage for CRM customizations, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Support UAT execution and coordinate with business users for sign-off.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.
