Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon04:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue04:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed04:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur04:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location. Monitor entrances, exits, loading areas, and other access points to help regulate entry and exit, verify credentials and/or permissions, and document visitor and vendor activity. Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and security‑related concerns. Support security‑related operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, assisting with bag and/or package screening when required, and following post orders for retail and mall environments. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
