Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 07:45 AM to 05:15 PM. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide care for adult patients in a clinical oncology setting, administering chemotherapy and other treatments as necessary. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and manage central line and implanted line care. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Oncology-specific experience. Current RN license (NC or compact) required by start date. BCLS Certification. ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card is a must. OCN certification preferred.
