Exciting Opportunity for Operating Room RN!
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Duration: 13 weeks, ASAP start
- Call: No call requirement Requirements:
- Active VA or Compact License in hand
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Operating Room
- Level II Trauma center experience preferred
- Experience in:
- Trauma
- Neuro
- Ortho spine
- General surgery
- Robotics
- EPIC experience required (OP TIME) Vaccination Information:
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Flu Vaccine: Required (Oct 1st - Mar 31st; Medical Exemptions Only) Unit Details:
- Daily Census: 25
- Number of Rooms: 6
- Number of Beds: 6 Staffing & Scheduling:
- Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Pharmacy, and more
- Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics Skills:
- Experience with surgical procedures such as:
- Abdominal/ Vaginal hysterectomy
- Appendectomy
- Hernia repair
- Total joint replacement
- Prostatectomy
- And many more! Additional Information:
- Keep requests for time off to a minimum
- Must be available for orientation and training modules
