About the Role:

SD Fusion LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our Sonic Drive-In team in La Vista, NE! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of America's most iconic fast-food brands, where you'll help lead a fun, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards

Lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service

Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals

Handle scheduling, staffing, and labor management to optimize team performance

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience at all times

Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence

Requirements:

1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in quick service or fast food

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations best practices

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Solid communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment

Basic understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management

ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
