What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll help keep production moving by ensuring battery components and materials are organized, staged, and ready for assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming battery shipments
• Unbox battery packs and prepare materials for production
• Sort, organize, label, and stage materials for assembly teams
• Transport batteries and components to production lines
• Keep workstations stocked and production running efficiently
• Support assembly and manufacturing operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all production and safety procedures

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong reliability and attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety

Preferred

• Production, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Experience unloading, stocking, or moving materials
• Interest in learning assembly and manufacturing processes

Schedule

Blue 1 Schedule

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2-3-2 rotating schedule
• Enjoy a predictable schedule and extended time off between workweeks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
