CASE MANAGER

Case Manager - Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility, Daytona Beach, Florida Job Summary The Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at the Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility. We are located just 15 minutes away from both the Daytona Speedway and the famous Daytona Beach. Annual Compensation $44,500 What You Will Do Administrate, develop and facilitate case plans and treatment programs in accordance with requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load. Report to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager and/or Program Director, as applicable. Qualifications BA/BS degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred). Prior case management experience required, including at least three years with juveniles. Work Hours This is an hourly position requiring at least 40 hours per week. Work schedule, which serves the youth best, will be set by the Program Director.
