Help manage important city documents, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, claims, and other official records. Perform a variety of office support tasks while handling confidential information with care. Write and prepare letters, reports, emails, and other communications for the office. Schedule meetings, contact attendees, and share follow-up information on time. Use office equipment and computer software to complete daily tasks. Maintain strong skills in document management systems, word processing programs, and public records request portals. Process department purchase requests and manage invoices for payment.
