What you’ll do Support merit, bonus, and LTI cycles Partner with HRBPs to deliver data-driven comp recommendations Work hands‑on with equity/stock programs (RSUs, etc.) Contribute to global projects like pay equity, leveling, and org design What we’re looking for ~4+ years in compensation Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team oriented environment.
