**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 1+ years of OT experience - LTE or Rehab Experience - Active OT license - New Grads are considered if they have Level II experience **Submission Requirements:** - Resume - Skills checklist within 1 year - 0-1 reference at time of submission - Must have an active OT license at time of submission **Other Requirements:** - Adherence to NBCOT and State Required practice acts, code of conduct, ethics during professional practice as an Occupational Therapist. - Must be submitted at the posted rate. **Location Specific:** - State Licenses: Oklahoma
