Construction Project Manager

Amin Ventures is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support and manage our residential construction projects across Charlotte as we continue growing our in-house General Contracting operations. This role will help coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, track project progress, support field operations, and keep communication clear between trades, vendors, inspectors, and our internal team. Responsibilities Serve as a main point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspectors Coordinate day-to-day residential construction activities across multiple projects Track project schedules, site progress, inspections, punch lists, and open items Follow up with trades to confirm start dates, completion dates, and site readiness Help manage project documentation, scopes of work, invoices, change orders, and permits Assist with material orders, deliveries, selections, and project logistics Communicate updates clearly to management and help identify delays or issues early Qualifications / Preferred Experience & Skills Residential new construction experience Spec home, custom home, or builder/developer project experience preferred Experience working directly with subcontractors and trade partners Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and field operations Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Good email communication and professional writing skills Comfortable using Excel or spreadsheets to track schedules, budgets, invoices, and project details Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment About Amin Ventures Amin Ventures is a Charlotte-based residential development and construction company focused on building thoughtfully designed homes in desirable Charlotte neighborhoods, including spec homes, custom homes, townhomes, and infill development projects.
