Title: Sr. BMC Helix Developer / Administrator

Location: Hybrid Bethpage, NY (3 days onsite) or Remote in NJ, CT, MA, WA

Duration: 1 year

Interview: 2 video rounds; possible onsite for local candidates

Key Requirements:

5+ years of BMC Remedy / AR System / BMC Helix experience.
3+ years in a senior developer, administrator, or technical lead role.
Strong experience with BMC Helix 25.x/26.x, Smart IT, Digital Workplace, and Service Catalog.
Hands-on experience with Incident, Change, Request workflows, approvals, and catalog configuration.
Experience with REST API integrations and multi-tier Helix environments.
Strong AR System skills: forms, filters, workflows, escalations, and audit logs.
Experience with KPI dashboards, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues.
Knowledge of Helix AI / HelixGPT, Java, JavaScript, Git, and CI/CD is preferred.
ServiceNow-to-BMC Helix migration experience is a plus.
Telecom or large enterprise experience preferred.
