Duration: Full-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments.
The role involves network troubleshooting, monitoring, hardware support, VLAN management, VoIP troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
The candidate must be flexible to work shifts and provide on-call support when required.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support
Cisco Switches, Routers & Wireless Access Points
VLAN and switch port management
Avaya VoIP troubleshooting
Fiber link and network connectivity troubleshooting
Network switch/chassis hardware support
SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
Basic Server, Storage & Operating System knowledge
ServiceNow / ITSM knowledge
Basic Active Directory, Exchange & File/Print Server knowledge
Data Center IMACD experience
Strong English communication and local language proficiency
Flexible for shift and 24x7/on-call support
Cisco certification is preferred
