Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Tennessee Physical Therapy License required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient neuro settings preferred. Current caseload is heavily neurological (stroke, SCI, MS) making neuro experience important. Experience managing a caseload of approximately 12-18 patients per day, with ability to flex up to ~20 when needed. Comfort working in a small clinic footprint (~1200 sq ft) with a large open area and a smaller treatment room. Experience or willingness to supervise and collaborate with PTAs who may treat ~8-12 patients independently. Familiarity with Optimis PT (OptimusPT) or willingness to learn the EMR.
