Senior Care Enrollment & Outreach Specialist

PACE Central Michigan is seeking a dedicated RN to promote the PACE program and generate community referrals. You will enroll participants, coordinate Medicaid applications, and work with families, physicians, and other senior-services partners. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm, with travel across our service area using your own vehicle.
