Position Summary

Taylor Sudden Service is seeking a motivated Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to support and grow the Panama City market. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales role focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for equipment, generator parts, service, rentals, rebuilds, and maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, developing territory growth strategies, and helping customers maximize equipment performance and uptime.

What You'll Do

• Generate sales of equipment, generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that improve equipment reliability and productivity.
• Prepare and present quotations for service, repairs, rentals, and related offerings.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and service teams to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
• Create and execute territory growth strategies for generator service and rental business.
• Represent Taylor Sudden Service at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Maintain regular customer contact and provide outstanding customer service.
• Submit weekly call reports detailing customer activity, opportunities, concerns, and market feedback.
• Complete accurate and timely expense reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience required.
• Experience in industrial sales, power generation, heavy equipment, equipment rental, material handling, construction equipment, aftermarket parts, or service sales is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.

Compensation

Base salary plus guaranteed commission

First-year earnings up to $95,000 based on experience and performance.
