(plus Shift Diffs as applicable) $10,000 for Full-Time & $5,000 for Part-Time positions or if you differ the sign on you can get $2.25 extra for full time! Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care. Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards. Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Help coach staff as necessary. Requirements: Current LPN license in Virginia CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain) Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
