Marketing Manager - North America Events

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing events supporting pipeline generation and engagement goals Execute event strategies aligned with go-to-market priorities and regional marketing plans Coordinate with sales, field marketing, and campaign teams for aligned messaging and seamless event delivery Support conference and trade show programs from planning through post-event analysis Manage vendor relationships and event logistics within budget Track and analyze event performance, engagement metrics, and ROI Improve future program effectiveness using event performance insights Oversee timelines and operational execution across multiple events Contribute to attendee experiences that enhance brand perception and customer engagement Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B environment Working knowledge of conference and trade show execution, logistics coordination, and vendor management Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Experience supporting event performance tracking, engagement metrics, and ROI analysis Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Effective communication and presentation skills Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, or similar marketing and project management tools Experience supporting both in-person and virtual events preferred Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns or demand generation programs preferred Basic experience with vendor coordination and contract processes preferred Willingness to travel and support events onsite as needed preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing end-to-end event marketing strategies, including logistics coordination, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand perception and customer engagement.
